For non-prescription items, we can offer exchanges or returns within 30 days from purchase provided they are still in a good condition suitable for resale. Should you wish to return your frames to us please ensure that they are returned in their original packaging, together with both protective case and cleaning cloth. Contact our offices at email@example.com for detailed instructions on how to return your eyewear. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return to us. For items over the value of AUD50.00 we do recommend tracking and insuring your parcel as goods not received by us cannot be refunded.

As each pair of eyewear is customised to the prescription you provide, we offer a full money-back guarantee that the prescription has been made according to the information provided. We are unable to offer full refunds on prescription goods made to your unique prescription as they have been customised for you and cannot be used by anyone else.
If the prescription provided is incorrect, has changed or is out of date, Harley Mason is not responsible for the cost of the remake. As a valued Harley Mason customer, however, we offer a discount on any remake once you have sent through the corrected or updated prescription, simply contact our team on firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
All Harley Mason frames and lenses have a one year warranty.
In general, damage to frames or lenses caused by a defect in the manufacturing process is covered under our warranty, We do not, however, cover for mistreatment or general wear and tear. Please see our Care section under FAQ for information on how to protect for your Harley Mason eyewear from damage.
Please note- Products covered under warranty can only be replaced or repaired, not refunded.
